this Privacy Policy and our General Terms & Conditions. However, we will use your e-mail
address to send correspondence about ISERVETRAVEL.COM, in which case we may allow third
party application to access your email address for the purpose of sending correspondence
about ISERVETRAVEL.COM, including:
- Reservation confirmations
- Important updates about your travel plans
- Newsletters
- Notifications of travel specials
Credit and debit card details and personalidentity information will NOT be stored, sold, rented, or
leased to any third parties.
The Website’s policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the
industry and regulatory requirements and standards. Therefore, our customers are encouraged to
frequently visit these policies in order to be up to date with any changes on the website.
Modifications will be effective on and from the day they are posted.
General Policy for airline tickets booked on the website.
- Flight times shown are provisional and may be subject to change, as per the airline’s
booking conditions. Some airlines require you to reconfirm your journey within 48 hours
of departure. We cannot be held responsible for you missing flights if you have not
followed these instructions. The recommended minimum check-in time for international
flights is 3 Hours prior to departure. Additionally, we recommend that you contact your
airline on the day of travel to ensure that your flight is operating as per schedule.
- We will email you your flight reference number along with the e-ticket(s) in our
confirmation email, and you should keep the email safe and easy to find. Some flight
providers will require that you check-in online, please refer to your airline's website
for further information. Many low-cost carriers require that you print your boarding
pass at home and bring it with you to the airport. ISERVETRAVEL.COM cannot be held
responsible for additional airport charges for failure to do this.
- Ticket availability and pricing is at the airline’s discretion and is subject to change.
Every care is taken to ensure our online systems are up to date and correct. Please be
aware however that where we use third party data, there may be occasions where the
prices we show may no longer be available. Please accept our apologies for any
accidental misrepresentations on this website or other affiliated sites. If your chosen
flight is not available for any reason, we will contact you immediately and offer
alternatives. Alternatives may include changing airlines or routes, increased cost for
the original flight requested or a full refund with no penalty or administration fee.
- Some airlines may charge for additional services such as checked or additional baggage,
airport check-in, preferred seating, in-flight entertainment (if available), food, drink
and snacks etc. Any charges for these additional services are not included in the price
of your flight ticket and must be paid to the airline directly in advance of the
departure date in order to avail of any discounted rate.
- Flights must be used in the order set out in your itinerary, Failure to use the ticket
in order could invalidate the rest of the ticket.
- The times given are based on the 24-hour clock system in local time. Times may vary
depending on technical issues, weather or local conditions.
- Regulations vary with each airline, but some will refuse to carry women who will be 28
weeks or more pregnant. If booking on-line you must check with the airline concerned and
consult your doctor prior to confirming your booking. Please check if there is any
doubt.
- Bassinettes for infants can be requested, however, there is no guarantee that
one can be provided. If you are booking on-line, we suggest that you contact us
to request one with the airline on your behalf. For infants who have their
second birthday after their outward journey and before their return journey, we
recommend that you buy the ticket in a child fare and NOT as an infant fare.
Such tickets cannot be booked on-line, and we suggest that you contact us prior
to booking for advice on these reservations.
Customers with special requirements for example use of a wheelchair or special dietary requirements,
should contact us and we will make a request on your behalf. However, ISERVETRAVEL cannot guarantee
supply.
Changes to your flight requested by you.
- All air fares are subject to terms and conditions as set by the airline. As soon as your
confirmation is sent by the airline the contract is formed between you and the airline
and the airline's rules are in force.
- All fares displayed on this website are subject to penalties for changes and refunds
(including but not limited to financial penalties or being non-refundable / changeable).
If you have any concerns regarding the terms pertaining to changes or refunds for the
fare you wish to book you must contact us for clarification prior to completing an
on-line booking. All bookings completed online will be subject to the terms and
conditions as set by the airline. ISERVETRAVEL.COM has no authority to waive or alter
any fees or penalties.
- To request a change of date to your booking please contact us. Our reservations staff
will advise you if your booking is changeable and if any airline penalties are
applicable. All changes are subject to availability. As well as change penalties
additional fare may be chargeable to change to your required dates.
- If you wish to cancel a refundable ticket, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to
the departure. You will be notified of any penalties applicable, and we will process the
claim for you. Please note refunds can take up to six weeks to obtain the money from the
airline and for us to return the balance to you after deductions of penalties. Credit
card fees, ATOL fees and scheduled airline failure fees are non-refundable in the event
of cancellation. In addition to any penalties set by your airline there will be an
additional administrative fee of £50 per person for processing changes and refunds.
- If you are unfit to travel due to serious illness, a medical condition, are
hospitalised, or due to the death of an immediate family member please contact our
customer support team. ISERVETRAVEL.COM cannot guarantee any refund.
- Where you make a booking or booking modification, it is your responsibility to ensure
that it does not conflict with any other product or service you have purchased either
through us or independently.
- Please note that while name changes are generally not allowed, some airlines will
accommodate this but there might be a charge to do so.
Changes to your flight made by the airline.
Airlines reserve the right to make schedule changes and cancel confirmed bookings. As an agent
ISERVETRAVEL.COM is not responsible for such schedule changes or cancellations, however, we will
make all efforts to advise you of any schedule change or flight cancellation as soon as this is
communicated to us. ISERVETRAVEL.COM will not be responsible for any losses as a result of changes
made to your flight by the airline. Any claim for compensation must be addressed directly to the
airline.
Changes by the customer to bookings where no travel has commenced.
If changes are required when travel has not yet commencedISERVETRAVEL.COM will offer to re-book onto
alternative services or issue a refund, as per the terms set by the airline in their commercial
policy. Please note we are unable to offer any terms outside of the airline's policy. If a full
refund is requested and a subsequent booking is made for the customer no administrative fee will
apply. If a full refund is requested and no subsequent booking is made ISERVETRAVEL.COM reserve the
right to charge a £50 administrative fee.
We have no influence over any sum refunded by the airline and in all cases any disagreement regarding
compensation must be addressed directly with the airline.
Changes by the customer to bookings where travel has already commenced.
- In such circumstances, ISERVETRAVEL.COM will do everything possible to assist the
clients in re-booking an alternative flight, subject to the terms set by the airline(s)
concerned. Please note we are unable to offer any terms outside of the airline's policy.
- In addition to the cost of booking as charged by the airline, ISERVETRAVEL.COM reserves
the right to charge administration fees. Any such additional fees will be displayed
before confirming the booking or collecting the payment.
- Any increase in the price charged by ISERVETRAVEL.COM on account of change in rate of
taxes or imposition of new taxes or levies by Governments shall be borne by the
customer. Such imposition of taxes and/or levies may be without prior notice and could
also be retrospective but will always be as per applicable law.
- The customer shall be completely responsible for all additional charges, fees, duties,
taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the service, as per the applicable
laws.
- Any booking(s) made by the customer through ISERVETRAVEL.COM are subject to the
applicable cancellation policy as set out on the booking page or as communicated to the
customers in writing.
General Policy for hotel/tour booking on website.
- The customer expressly undertakes to provide ISERVETRAVEL.COM with correct and valid
information, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts when requesting any services
under this agreement. Any default on the part of the customer would invalidate the
booking(s) and shall disentitle them from using the services of ISERVETRAVEL.COM.
- In the event that ISERVETRAVEL.COM discovers, or has reasons to believe, at any time
that the request for services is either unauthorised, or the information provided by the
customer is not correct, or that any fact has been misrepresented by the customer,
ISERVETRAVEL.COM in its sole discretion shall have the unrestricted right to take any
steps against the customer(s), including cancellation of the booking(s) without any
prior intimation to the customer. In such an event, ISERVETRAVEL.COM shall not be
responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the customer(s) as a
consequence of such cancellation of bookings or services.
- The Customer unequivocally indemnifies ISERVETRAVEL.COM of any such claim or liability
and shall not hold ISERVETRAVEL.COM responsible for any loss or damage arising out of
measures taken by ISERVETRAVEL.COM for safeguarding its own interest and that of its
genuine customers. This would also include ISERVETRAVEL.COM denying or cancelling any
bookings on account of suspected fraud transactions.
- If the customer does not agree with any part of such terms, conditions and notices, the
Customer must not avail ISERVETRAVEL.COM’s Services.
- Our Support Team will put in every possible effort to avoid a relocation however in
scenarios where a situation is out of the control of ISERVETRAVEL.COM and
ISERVETRAVEL.COM is not able to honour a booking, ISERVETRAVEL.COM will offer an
alternative or similar category accommodation for the client instead. In the event the
alternative option offered is not acceptable ISERVETRAVEL.COM shall offer the full
refund of the amount the service was booked for. ISERVETRAVEL.COM will not be
responsible for any additional losses. ISERVETRAVEL.COM solely acts as an intermediary
between the service provider and the customer.
General Policy for payment.
- Credit and debit card details and personal identity information will NOT be stored,
sold, rented, or leased to any third parties.
- In the rare circumstance of a booking not getting confirmed for any reason whatsoever,
ISERVETRAVEL.COM will process the refund of the booking amount paid by the Customer and
advise the Customer of the same. ISERVETRAVEL.COM is not under any obligation to provide
an alternate booking in lieu of or to compensate or replace the unconfirmed booking. All
subsequent bookings will be treated as new transactions. Any applicable refund will be
processed as per the defined policies of the service provider and ISERVETRAVEL.COM as
the case may be.
- The customer agrees and understands that all payments shall only be made to the bank
accounts of ISERVETRAVEL.COM. ISERVETRAVEL.COM representatives or employees shall never
ask a customer to transfer money to any private account or to an account not held in the
name of ISERVETRAVEL.COM. The customer agrees that if that customer transfers any amount
against any booking or transaction to any bank account that is not legitimately held by
ISERVETRAVEL.COM or to any personal account of any person, ISERVETRAVEL.COM shall not be
held liable for the same. The customer shall not hold any right to recover from
ISERVETRAVEL.COM any amount which is transferred by the customer to any third party.
- The customer will not share personal sensitive information like credit/debit card
number, CVV, OTP, card expiry date, user IDs, passwords etc. with any person including
the agents, employees, or representatives of ISERVETRAVEL.COM. The customer shall
immediately inform ISERVETRAVEL.COM if such details are demanded by any of its agents'
employees or representatives. ISERVETRAVEL.COM shall not be liable for any loss that the
customer incurs for sharing the aforesaid details.
- Any refund on cancelled bookings will always be processed and repaid to the respective
account or the banking instrument (credit card, wallet etc.) from which payment was made
for that booking.
- If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are
asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured
connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant
policies and rules.
- All prices displayed are final and payable to ISERVETRAVEL.COM however in the event of
government authorities, local governing bodies or service providers applying any
additional tax, fees, service charges, resort fee or any other indirect charge without
prior notification or there is fluctuation in the rate of exchange (ROE) from the booked
currency against other currencies; then these additional charge(s) or supplementary
charge(s) will be levied by ISERVETRAVEL.COM on the reservation and will not be part of
the reservation amount booked or paid. ISERVETRAVEL.COM will not be liable to pay these
additional charges. The customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that in case of such
charges being levied, it shall be binding on the customer and a booking which is in
progress, or already booked but payment is not made, will be completed on the new
revised rate or else the customer can pursue a cancellation of the reservation,as per the cancellation policy.
